Update 3/24/24: not only does this app crash all the time, but now they charge you to see your kid's schedule. Do Not recommend! 1. Click on a notification - disappears. 2. Four different "chat" channels - good luck figuring out which is which. Especially if you have 4 teams. 3. Click on a team and it asks, every time, which player is yours. 4. Performance is terrible. Fix the backend scaling issues. No idea why this has great reviews.

So many issues. The messaging, alerts, and updates never alert the team members regardless of whatever settings you use. Most of the time notifications aren't showing up even though you go through the settings to make sure they work. please fix the real time game screen, it comes and goes and usually never works. would be useful if it worked

The app was able to allow me to view different teams in one calendar view. I am now able to view this, and I pay for one of the teams I manage. It is not right that teamsnap changes a simple feature while I pay for the subscription to host one of the teams. If this does not change, then I will have to move to a different platform. Also, the app sometimes takes events, and other times, it is not able to create an event. Lately there are other gliches, which makes the site unreliable.
